 In our Tango classes, we introduce a form and structure of tango as a way to study its elements, with the aim of allowing students to develop the ability to create on their own. Our primary focus is biomechanical, ensuring the movements are gentle and kind to the body. We strive for organic movements that feel good, fostering an environment where students can explore and express themselves freely while maintaining a deep connection to their own physical sensations.

In our beginner tango classes, the focus is on helping students find comfort from the very start. We create a welcoming environment where they can establish a deep connection with the dance, allowing them to feel the rhythm, flow, and intimacy of tango in a natural and enjoyable way. It's about building confidence and cultivating a meaningful relationship with the movement right from the beginning.

In private lessons, the process becomes much more personal and profound. The possibilities are endless, as each session can be tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual. It's not just about dancing with someone more experienced; it's an opportunity to explore deeper aspects of the dance, allowing for a more intimate and transformative experience. On a profound level, these lessons can even have a therapeutic effect, helping to unlock new layers of connection, expression, and self-awareness.

Awareness Through Movement

Awareness Through Movement 

ATM (Awareness Through Movement) is a core practice of the Feldenkrais Method that involves guided movement lessons designed to increase awareness of how we move and how our body functions. Through gentle, mindful exercises, participants explore new ways of moving that promote flexibility, coordination, and ease. The goal is to improve both physical and mental awareness, helping individuals move with greater comfort and efficiency in everyday life.

​During the workshops, we dive deeply into a specific topic, dedicating several hours to intense study. This focused approach allows students to gain invaluable insights and a thorough understanding of the subject, providing them with knowledge and tools they can apply long after the workshop ends.
